    FOUNDER

    Taylor answered her calling as the visionary behind The Track. Guided by intuition and creativity, she brings each idea to life with purpose and intention. Her mission is to inspire and empower women to follow—and fully lean into—what’s meant for them. Through creating and teaching classes, and fostering genuine connections, she leads her community with heart. Taylor blended her core values with her aesthetic eye to shape both the brand and the physical studio space, creating a place that feels as intentional as it looks.

  • Ryan Steinbrook

    DIRECTOR OF FITNESS PROGRAMMING & MARKETING

    In addition to instructing weekly classes, most of Ryan’s role happens behind-the-scenes. She manages our marketing strategy, website and tech platform, creates class programming, and trains new instructors. She is a proud co-owner who whole-heartedly believes in the mission of the track.

  • Cherra Kay, MS, OTR/L

    PELVIC HEALTH SPECIALIST AND EMBODIMENT COACH

    Cherra Kay is a licensed pelvic health specialist known for her trauma-informed, feminine-forward approach to healing. With over a decade of experience in women’s health, nervous system regulation, and somatic therapy, she blends science and sacred wisdom to help women release stored tension from their hips, womb, and core.

    OPERATIONS LEAD

    Kelly runs our Homesteaders program, ensuring our studio stays shiny clean and you always have a cold towel after class. When she’s not training staff, you’ll find her running front desk operations or taking careful product inventory. We could not run smoothly without her!
