Our mission is to provide a safe, welcoming space where you can deepen your mind-body connection, move with intention and presence, and grow within a supportive community.
You know your body best — our goal is to empower you to take control and align your movement with your intuition. Throughout the four phases of the menstrual cycle, women experience natural shifts in energy, strength, and mood. Tuning into those changes can help guide your movement in a way that feels supportive and aligned with what your body needs. Our classes range from slow meditative flows and restorative stretching, to higher-intensity strength and cardio, so you always have options.
What is cycle syncing?
Cycle syncing is the practice of adjusting your lifestyle, like movement, nutrition, and daily habits, to align with the natural hormonal shifts that occur throughout the menstrual cycle. By paying attention to the different phases (menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, and luteal), you can better support your energy levels, mood, and overall well-being. It’s about working with your body, not against it.
Menstrual Phase: Days 1–5
This is when bleeding occurs. Hormone levels (estrogen and progesterone) are at their lowest, and energy may be lower as the body sheds the uterine lining.
Follicular Phase: Days 1–13 (overlaps with menstrual phase at the start)
Estrogen begins to rise, and the body prepares to release an egg. Energy and mood often start to lift, making it a great time for creativity and building strength.
Ovulatory Phase: Days 14–16
This is when ovulation occurs — an egg is released. Estrogen peaks, and you may feel your most energized, social, and clear-headed during this short window.
Luteal Phase: Days 15–28
After ovulation, progesterone rises. The body prepares for a possible pregnancy. In the first half of this phase, you might still feel good energy; in the second half (especially the days leading to your period), energy may dip, and PMS symptoms can appear.
Have an irregular cycle? No cycle at all? Prefer not to track or talk about it?
That’s totally okay. Our community is open to everyone — no matter what your journey looks like, with or without a cycle. We encourage you to tune into your body and choose the class that aligns with how you're feeling each day.
We understand that your cycle (or lack of one) is deeply personal. There’s never any pressure to share. All we ask is that you come as you are — ready to be present, intentional, and kind to yourself and those around you. We're here to support you in growing in the way that feels right for you.
