Each class is heated to 90–95°F using infrared therapy and practiced barefoot for optimal comfort and alignment. Just bring your mat, towel, and water!
Form 50
Our signature class is designed to meet you at any phase of your cycle or fitness journey. With a strong emphasis on deep core engagement and mind-to-muscle activation, we blend classical and contemporary Pilates-inspired movements with breathwork and intention setting. Each 50-minute session offers mindful movement that includes core work, spinal articulation, lower body strengthening, full-body flow, and a purposeful warm-up and cool-down.

Inspired by the Follicular Phase
Make the most of your energy and condition for the race! This 50-minute full-body class is our take on strength training, targeting 4–5 muscle groups using low weights and high reps. Move with purpose and consistency through each focused segment, building strength, control, and confidence.
Stride 50
Inspired by the Ovulatory Phase
Join us for 50 minutes of feminine fun where strength meets sensuality. You’ll move through contemporary exercises, basic pelvic floor work, and playful movement — all in a judgment-free zone. Shimmy, shake, and roll your hips as you connect with your body and leave feeling strong, radiant, and empowered.

HER Stride is where twerk-inspired movement meets functional strength training and pelvic floor connection! All powered by a bold, bass-heavy hip-hop & trap playlist. Yes, we’re shaking ass. Harmony 60
Inspired by the Luteal Phase
Harmonize the breath, body, and mind through slow & flowing movement. In this 60-minute guided meditative flow, we move mindfully through eight gentle sequences that place special attention on simple stretches and circular movements.
We will practice concentration and breath-work, hip opening, spinal decompression, and lymphatic flow. There will also be a beginner level sequence of Qigong (pronounced chee-gong).
You are invited to wear loose clothing and hairstyles, so there is no tightness or restriction around your being.
Each class will maintain the same structure and flow. This will allow the mind and body to find ease in what feels like a practice. Through this repetition, you will:

Recharge with intention. A gentle blend of restorative stretching, yoga-inspired flows, and low-intensity exercises. Use these 50 minutes to slow down, tune in, and honor what your body needs. Perfect for that time of the month — or anytime you’re craving lighter movement and recovery.
